Rental (2) 135ft Articulating Boom Lifts Description Rent (2) 135ft Articulating Boom Lifts The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has a boom lift rental supply requirement. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to complete this requirement on the Island of Oahu. The solicitation will be a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
