Overview	RFP Armory Feasibility Study Greenbelt Professional engineering services Local Governments and Municipalities The purpose of this RFP is to solicit qualified persons and/or firms to conduct a feasibility study for the National Guard Greenbelt Armory, located in the City of Greenbelt in Prince GeorgesCounty. The proposed feasibility study shall consist of a completed evaluation of the current conditions and the extent of damages to the National Guard Greenbelt Armory building (approx. 21,500 SF) and site (approx. 8 -acres), located at 7100 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20770. The feasibility study will also include the projected cost to remediate the environmental hazards and the projected costs to renovate the facility. Additional Instructions Please see attached RFP.
