Introduction The Human Development Report Office (HDRO) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is committed to advancing human development by expanding opportunities, choices, and freedom. The HDRO is committed to producing high-quality reports not only inform but also inspire and empower individuals and communities worldwide to drive change and advance human development For this project, HDRO seeks the services of a highly skilled and experienced graphic agency to design a compelling cover illustration for the Human Development Reports 2025, 2026 and 2027. The objective is to visually capture the essence and key theme of the Report in an engaging and accessible manner. The design must be versatile, adhering to standards across all mediums, including print, digital, and interactive formats, and adaptable for use in marketing materials, online platforms, and social media.
