The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Professional on-call human resources consultant services. The selected firm shall provide its services as requested by the City on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order basis throughout the duration of the Contract. Work on IDIQ contract will be on an as-needed basis, and the City does not guarantee any minimum work. The consultant will be authorized to perform work under an agreement by issuance of a written Task Order executed by the City and Consultant. Each Task Order will identify the Scope of Work to be performed, the period of performance, and the not-to-exceed amount. The consultant will not be entitled to any reimbursement for its time or costs associated with the development and negotiations for each Task Order. Interested parties may view the solicitation documents on the City of Bellingham website at https://cob.procureware.com/. Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office at the above address or by email Bids@cob.org. The Purchasing Office 210 Lottie Street Bellingham, WA 98225 must receive an electronic copy of the qualification submittal prior to the date and time specified in this advertisement. Bids/quotes/proposals must be received no later than 11:00 AM on November, 11th, 2024. The Electronic sealed bids/quotes/proposals will be opened and read after the 11:00 AM deadline. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all bids/quotes/proposals or parts of bids/quotes/proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.
