CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Wetland Reserve Easement (WRE) - 4 sites, Todd County, Kentucky. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Todd County, Kentucky The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated under simplified acquisition procedures FAR Part 13. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in July 2024. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https: www.sam.gov . No state level certifications will be accepted. PROJECT INFORMATION: The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project consists of restoration of Wetland Reserve Easements on 4 sites in Todd County, Kentucky. The work consists of installing necessary practices to enhance wetland hydrology on the sites, including clearing, seeding, plugging on site drainage, removing tiles, and installing a stabilized low-water crossing. The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation 12FPC324Q0053 is June 2024. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.
