Research and Development (RD) that will contribute toward Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program Description This solicitation is being issued by GSA AAS Innovation on behalf of Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), that is considering a requirement Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Phase I and or Direct to Phase II or Fast Track contracts in support of ARPA-H-s FY2024 SBIR STTR topic areas. AAS Innovation invites small business concerns (SBCs) to submit research proposals under this SBIR STTR Contract Solicitation. Firms with the capability to conduct research and development (RD) and to commercialize the results of that RD, are encouraged to participate.
