The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the following scope of work: SLAC is seeking a qualified general contractor (hereby referred to as “Subcontractor”) to award aconstruction subcontract to perform Phase 2 site restoration work. The subcontractor scope of work is to complete this site restoration work at Area 1 of the old Bone Yard at SLAC that will support the CRMF MOU. Please refer to the subsequent sections for additional context and information. Subcontractor must submit all Safety and Technical submittals to SLAC for review and approval.
