EST     BID LOCATION:                             State Highway Administration                                                             Glen Burnie Shop                                                             910 Stewart Ave                                                             Glen Burnie, Maryland 21061 This Contract provides for on-call, open-ended commercial electrical service work, including emergency repair, for various building-wide electrical systems at the State Highway Administration Glen Burnie and other Glen Burnie maintained buildings (i.e. salt barns, pole yards, rest areas, and Park & Rides etc.) This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. This Contract will not automatically renew. The Procurement Officer is Tony Octavien, Resident Maintenance Engineer. The sole point of contact for purposes of this IFB is the Procurement Officer’s designee, Procurement Officer’s designee may be contacted at telephone number 410-766-3770 between 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. or by email at CCooke@mdot.maryland.gov.  NOTE:  The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring any information sent to the Procurement Officer has been received by the Procurement Officer. No pre-bid conference will be held. Questions are due by October 13, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M est. The Bids must be received by the Procurement Officer or their designee, Tony Octavien at the State Highway Administration offices located at 910 Stewart Ave, Glen Burnie MD  21061 on or before 2:00 PM on October 24, 2024, local time. Bids shall be opened publicly at the time, date and location designated above.                   Vendors are responsible for assuring that their bids are delivered to the specified location before the deadline for receipt of bids, including those delivered by U.S. Postal Service.
