Financial Analysis and Financial Data Management and Modeling Services Executive SummaryThe State of Texas, by and through theTexas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), issues this Request forProposal (RFP) to solicit a qualified Contractor with the expertise, financialresources, and experience necessary to provide financial analysis and financialdata management and modeling.
