The Government is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing this type of project. The agency has been tasked to solicit for and award a construction contract to restore the Duckabush Estuary Ecosystem. The project is a unique integration of design by the USACE for the ecosystem restoration components and the Washington State Department of Transportation for the transportation components.
