Overview	Percy Thomas Center Roof Replacement and HVAC Renovation Building and Facility Construction and Maintenance Services Local Governments and Municipalities The Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing roof systems, both asphalt shingle and EPDM membrane, along with all appurtenant components including, but not limited to, underlayment, coverboard, flashing, coping and select replacement of deteriorated wood blocking and substrate.
