This combined synopsis solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV. The RFQ (Request for Quote) number is N0018924Q0356. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 04-22-2024 and DFARS Change Notice 20240425. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 811210- “Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair” and the Small Business Standard is: $34.0 million. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk intends to solicit and award a sole source contract under the statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2(ii)(A), to Johnson Controls, Inc., 3750 Progress Rd, Norfolk, VA 23502, for Direct Digital Control (DDC) maintenance and the software licenses for one (1) Metasys Application and Data Server (ADS) that operates the DDC for Commander, Undersea Surveillance (CUS) headquarters.
