Project Title location: Design-Build for Eagle Pass I II Land Port of Entry (LPOE), Border Roadway Improvements Construction (BRIC), located at 160 Garrison St., 500 S. Adams St., Eagle Pass, TX 78852, respectively. Project Description Information: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Greater Southwest Region, Acquisition Management Division, Capital Investment Program is conducting a market survey seeking a qualified small business to provide architectural and engineering design, construction, and other related services necessary to design and construct pavement replacement repairs. Related services include, but are not limited to, demolition, geotechnical investigation, testing and inspection during construction, and coordination with the GSA and the Construction Manager as adviser (CMa). This design-build project involves replacement of approximately 559,000 square feet (sf) of concrete pavements. Repairs to include complete reconstruction of 8.5" and 10" Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP), 10" to 11.5” Concrete Pavement Contraction Design (CPCD), 4" 9" jointed reinforced concrete pavement (JRCP) patches, Plan Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) overlay and joint seals. The design-build contractor shall design and construct roadway repairs and or paving replacement at the designated Land Port of Entry to improve the overall function of the port.
