This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 22 May 2024, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) updated 30 May 2024. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation are contained within this combined synopsis solicitation and within all attachments to the same. This requirement is being Set-Aside for a Small Business under NAICS 333241 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Scope: The MS Army National Guard has a requirement for Kitchen equipment for the Camp Shelby Dining Facility. The contractor shall provide and install kitchen equipment as lidentified in the attached requirements listing. Required Supply Listing: See Attachment - W9127Q24R0017_Kitchen Equipment Camp Shelby for CLINs 0001 to 0009. Standard equipment and parts warranties apply.
