Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC), Patuxent River, MD, intends to solicit a competitive commercial award for a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract as a Small Business Set Aside, to one Prime contractor in support of Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC) East. This requirement is to procure the upgrade of the Cooling Turbine Test Stand located at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC to include the removal of the existing system, design, acquisition, installation, integration, and testing necessary to successfully complete the delivery of an upgraded test stand. In support of the acquisition, the Government will provide the Contractor Government Furnished Information (GFI) to include drawings the Contractor shall use. The place of performance will be at Cherry Point NC 28533. This solicitation notice is a follow-up from synopsis, N6852024R0026, was issued via Sam.gov on 23 February 2024 pursuant to DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Quotes will be due June 22, 2024. The Government will provide the opportunity for industry to submit questions, feedback or comments related to solicitation up to 15 days after RFQ formal release.
