The associated NAICS is 334516 (“Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0220”) and/or title ("Elemental Analyzer") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
