Request for Proposal (RFP) for the National Education Campaign Outreach Contract (NEC), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Description *See Solicitation Documents Attached to This RFP* You are invited to submit a two (2) phase proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide CMS with an “as needed” mechanism to assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating national integrated communications campaigns. As a result of this RFP, CMS anticipates the award of a "kick-off" task order to each IDIQ awardee; additionally, CMS intends to award the "Health Care Fraud Prevention Outreach and Education Campaign" task order to one (1) IDIQ contract awardee.
