Overview	Project Labor Agreement (Pla) Request for Information (Rfi) for P-7889 Dental Clinic Replacement, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, Sc Description This is a request for information market survey. This is not a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation for bid. There will be no solicitation, specification, or drawings available at this time. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic is soliciting comments from the public addressing the potential use of Project Labor Agreements (PLA) for the following construction project. The construction project is for a Dental Clinic Replacement located on the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, SC. Construction may include, but is not limited to, constructing a replacement Dental Clinic with backup power to support the Recruits and Active Duty members located in the State of South Carolina at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island. Supporting facilities include utilities, connection to district steam system, special foundation, site improvements, parking, signage, antiterrorism force protection measures, and environmental protection measures. The facility will be elevated on select fill to protect the facility from flooding. The existing Dental Clinic building 674 and Pass Identification building 602 will be demolished. Project will be Design-Bid-Build (DBB). NAICS Code: 236220. The magnitude of construction is anticipated to be $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. General period of performance is anticipated to be approximately 1,072 calendar days. A PLA is defined as a pre-hire collective bargaining agreement with one or more labor organizations that establishes the terms and conditions of employment for a specific construction project and is an agreement as described in 29 U.S.C. 158 (f).
