RFQ for Professional Architectural and Other Related Professional and Technical Services IDIQ SCOPE:In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, Professional Services, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is requesting submittal of qualifications to provide prime professional architectural services and other professional and technical services as required to address multiple undetermined interior and or exterior alterations to existing facilities primarily located in: Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Waco, Texas.a) There is no guarantee of assigned work or volume of work under this agreement. The size, quantity, and duration of project(s) assigned to the successful Architect (PSP) will vary depending on the number and types of projects requested by TFC-s client agencies.b) For each proposed project under the award, TFC will request a proposal.
