Additional Instructions THIS SOLICITATION SHALL BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SMALL PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS DESCRIBED IN COMAR 21.05.07 AND WILL NOT BE AWARDED FOR OVER $50,000. This solicitation has been designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR); only registered SBRs may respond. Vendors cannot be awarded the contract if not designated an SBR.
