Instructions for submitting questions and proposals are included in the RFP.*** The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from interested and qualified vendors who can provide and maintain a new, fully integrated, best-practices-based pension administration system requiring minimal customizations to meet the State of Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds- requirements. The Department intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract for a Pension Administration System (PAS). The contract will be administered and managed by the Department. This RFP document, its attachments, addendums, and the awarded Proposal will be incorporated into the contract. A contract may be awarded pursuant to the RFP. The Department expects the contract to be executed by July 2025, after contract negotiations have been successfully completed. The initial Contract term may include a Proof of Concept, but after that will be approximately ten (10) years beginning on the effective date indicated on the Contract and ending December 31, 2035.
