RAM System Software Upgrade Description The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: RAM System Software Upgrade (Qty 1 Lot). This requirement is sole sourced to OMNi Engineering Services, Inc., 902 East Second Street - Suite 370, Winona, MN 55987 as the OEM of the equipment being upgraded and the only technicians authorized to perform the required upgrades. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0001 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm-s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
