PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a one-time contract with a Contractor to provide repairs to the indoor firearm shooting range backstop located at the St. Paul BCA lab, 1430 Maryland Ave, St. Paul, MN 55106 (further defined in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work of the Sample Contract and Exhibits). This project will include removal of aging sound abatement materials and installation of new sound abatement materials. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is July 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Staci Stoerzinger at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. SWIFT HELP DESK.
