The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential and interested qualified contractors capable of performing horticultural consultation services and to determine if there is adequate competition to compete and successfully perform this work. This effort is classified through the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under 541320 Landscape Architectural Services. The small business size standard for NAICS 541320 is $9M. It is anticipated that a solicitation announcement will be published on SAM.gov in late 2024. The resulting contract will have a magnitude below the simplified acquisition threshold ($250,000).
