THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be 100% set aside for only Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $19,000,000. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. Title of Requirement: Electrical Service BPA Description of Requirement: This office proposes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for an indefinite quantity of Electrical Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to execute the electrical services for each BPA Call under this agreement. No single BPA Call may exceed $40,000 in total cost. The BPA Master Dollar Limit is $200,000. The intent of this blanket BPA is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to maintain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities. Submission Requirements: Quotes should be E-mailed to Ms. Rosalind Shoemaker by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 7, 2024 at Rosalind.m.shoemaker@usace.army.mil.
