Lessor shall be willing to install site-prep infrastructure for (2) Dual-port Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVSE Charging Stations). The EVSE Charging Station equipment shall be Government supplied and installed. The Lessor's scope of work for the charging stations will include a power feed capable of being separately metered, a site pad, bollards, and signage. Site shall be able to accommodate parking (pull-through parking or an approved alternate parking method) for trucks with trailers, including access roads, drives, and turning radius. USDA requires that the structure can accommodate, or can be retrofitted to accommodate, high density storage (rolling file storage). Timelines: Initial Offer Due Date: August 1, 2024 Lease Award Date (Estimated): February 1, 2025 Any submission received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received. This documentation must be received on or before the due date for Expressions of Interest. In cases where an agent is representing multiple entities, written acknowledgement/ permission from each entity to represent multiple interest parties for the same submission must be submitted prior to the Expressions of Interest due date. To submit an offer in response to a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP), the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov. SAM registration will be a minimum requirement to submit a formal proposal in response to the RLP.
