The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement to replace an existing exhaust fan and install additional ducting, CO2 Sensor, DDC Controller, VFD and Damper in one office within the US Embassy Singapore. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type-contract. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https: www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
