Women's Health Quality Improvement Description The purpose of HT001124R0042-0002 Amendment to RFP is to extend the proposal submission deadline from Thursday, 24 October 2024 at 1100 EST to Tuesday, 12 November 2024 at 1400 EST. This extension DOES NOT allow for submission of additional questions. Responses to the questions recieved will be issued via an amendment to the solicitation in the coming days.
