5180-01-341-4030 Tool Kit, Tube Fitting Description The General Services Administration, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a special order item. Vendors quoting must be registered or willing to register to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal. This RFQ is a brand name requirement with an item product description (IPD) included at the bottom of the RFQ. This RFQ is set aside exclusively for Small Business IAW FAR 19.502-2. All delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. Full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination basis with the vendor's best delivery leadtime. The first 15 days contractors will be allowed to ask questions make comments. The contracting team and or end-user (as applicable) will have one week to provide clarifications by posting a Question and Answer document to SAM.gov. Therefore, contractors will have access the final week of the solicitation to those clarification responses (as applicable).
