Overview	Chemistry Testing - Cost Per Reportable Results Description SOURCES SOUGHT - Chemistry Testing for Moncrief Army Health Clinic The United States Army Health Contracting Activity (USACHA) Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East (MRCO-E) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement to provide two analyzers equipment, reagents, calibration control material, disposables, accessories, on-site training for primary operators, and technical support services on a cost per reportable reagent agreement contract. The intention is to procure these supplies on a competitive basis BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The estimated period of performance consists of a base year plus 4 ordering periods with performance commencing in November 2024. Specifics regarding the number of option periods will be provided in the solicitation.
