REQUEST FOR FIRM, FIXED PRICE QUOTE IN U.S. DOLLARS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS.3. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), California Water Science Center (CAWSC) requests enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of the cyanotoxins (microcystins, anatoxins, cylindrospermopsins, and saxitoxins) from solid phase adsorption toxin tracking (SPATT) samplers and whole water samples.4. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, the government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Materials submitted to the Government for review will not be returned.5. Proposed action will be awarded in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.6. Solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04, effective 05 01 2024 Please see solicitation with CLINS, technical specifications, provisions, and clauses.7. Restricted solicitation, small business set aside.8. NAICS 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services 9. Size Standard: $19M10. USGS is tax exempt.11.
