Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply.The Government intends to award a contract purchase order to theresponsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.We intend to award a contract purchase order based on initial quotations,without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions withcompanies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S.Government valued over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM -System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compilesstandard information such as the company legal name, street address,contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. AnNCAGE code is required to register in SAM. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering.
