TOES Subscription Renewal Description The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: TOES Subscription Renewal (Qty 2 each). This requirement is sole sourced to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. 640 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116-0850. These subscriptions are renewal to software that is already integrated into our systems.
