Overview	Project \ 583-24-201 Description The Contractor shall update room finishes and install new ligature-resistant plumbing fixtures in various spaces within the 5th Floor Inpatient Mental Health (IPMH) Unit as detailed in the Technical Requirements section, project documents, and VHA Master Construction Specifications.
