MSRP Plan Administrator Services for Supplemental Retirement Plans RFP G50B5600001 Accounting and bookkeeping services State of Maryland GovernmentState of Maryland Government The Maryland Teachers & State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans (“MSRP”), on behalf of the MSRP Board of Trustees (the “Board”), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure professional services for governmental defined contribution plan administration, communications, enrollment, transaction processing, and record-keeping services for the following four Plans under its administration: the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan; the 401(k) Savings & Investment Plan; the 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan; and the 401(a) Match Plan - as further described in the RFP. It is the Board’s intention to obtain services, as specified in the RFP, from a Contract between the selected Offeror and the State.  The Board intends to make a single award as a result of this RFP.  An Offeror, either directly or through its subcontractor(s), must be able to provide all services and meet all of the requirements requested in this solicitation and the successful Offeror (the Contractor) shall remain responsible for Contract performance regardless of subcontractor participation in the work.
