Procurement of Enhanced Digital Electronic Control Units Description This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03824QJ0000353 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 effective 30 September 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336412. The small business size standard is 1,500. This is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This contract is expected to be awarded on a sole source basis to Triumph Engine Control Systems LLC (CAGE Code 11599). It is anticipated that one (1) Indefinite Delivery Requirements Type Contract with firm-fixed pricing (FFP), consisting of one (1) one (1)-year base period and four (4) one (1)-year option periods will be awarded as a result of this synopsis solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. FFP Delivery Orders will be issued off the contract as items are required.
