The contractor shall provide materials, labor, and technical staff. All work shall comply with the latest versions of IEEE 450, VHA Directive 1028, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 111, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and manufacturer s requirements.
