Ifb C24-32888 National Consultants 14C Provider Transformation Strategies Description : Description of ServicesThe Contractor will develop and implement provider transformation model strategies for at least ten 14c certificate-holding entities. The Contractor will provide assessment (including summary reports and recommendations), model development and implementation that includes project plan development, implementation facilitation, training and technical assistance to at least ten California 14c certificate holding entities who have demonstrated a willingness and the capacity to engage in and transform to a CIE service delivery and or business model over a three-year period.
