This requirement is being solicitted for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR Parts 13 and 36 utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. Performance location will be at Keyport, WA .. The target award date is about 04 November 2024. The NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2EB Repair Or Alteration Of Maintenance Buildings. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small businesses. The government estimate of the Magnitude of the requirement is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list. Failure to respond to the electronically posted solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
