The award will be for a 5-year base period. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 40 EACH. Production units will be FOB: Destination; Inspection Acceptance: Origin. Item is critical and deemed a Navy Critical Safety Item. Export Control applies. Surge does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The OEM is Lockheed Martin Corp. (CAGEs 98897 563J1) in accordance with part number 695802-17 or LM200SA47. Approved sources are Lord Corp (CAGE 76005) under p n 200-SA47 or LM200SA47 and Lockheed Martin Aeroparts (CAGE 0A489) under p n LM200Sa47. DLA Aviation does NOT possess technical data on this part.
