Economic Analysis Services for the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (Sjmscp) SJCOG, Inc., in its role as the administrator of the 50-year San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP), is soliciting qualifications from firms interested in providing assistance to update the current economic plan that is necessary to implement and carry out the requirements of the SJMSCP. The firm(s) must have the capability of providing all services indicated below. SJCOG, Inc. will select and contract with one firm, and retain an active list of remaining qualified firms for a period of three years following the approval by SJCOG, Inc.
