The equipment and accessories must meet the requirements as indicated in Attachment \ 1: Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS): Division of Environmental Health (DEH) Mobile Food Facility (MFF) Compliance Checklist (2 pages) and California Retail Food Code on Mobile Food Facilities (14 pages). All equipment specifications, including weight, manufacturer, make, and model number shall be indicated either separately or on the plan.
