Ft. (ABOA): 4,016 SF of office and 150 SF of wareyard. Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,216 SF of office and 150 SF of wareyard. Space Type: Office and wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: (1) 5 Years Additional Requirements: 1. Space must be contiguous. 2. Space must be on the first floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
