Overview	Tanks and Contaminated Soil Removal Description BLM-CO - White River Field Office Well Equipment Removal - Amend 2The purpose of this amendment is to extend solicitation by 11 days from 21 June 2024 to 2 July 2024 in order to provide responses to RFIs submitted to the government subsequent to the pre-quotation site survey. The government will post Amendment 3 with answers to submitted questions and amended the performance work statement. This is a solicitation for the removal of two flat tanks and approximately 40 cubic feet of hydrocarbon contaminated soil removal from orphan well federal 1-35 (api 05-107-06062) in the vicinity of Hayden, CO (approximately 40 deg 36 38.3076N, 107 DEG 8 0.7116W). See thefor the Performance Work Statement, Locations, Schedule of Items and Wage Determination.BLM provided a pre-award site visit on 11 June 2024 at 10:00 AM MT. The visit was not mandatory, but the Government will not approve requests for equitable adjustments or change orders for conditions you should or could have known about had you been there. You can still visit these public lands for yourself on your own time and cost.The BLM contemplates issuing a commercial firm-fixed-price purchase order pursuant to FAR 12 and FAR 13 for one-time performance.Incumbent: There is no current incumbent contract or contractor. Previous service has been via various methods and arrangements.Period of Performance: 45 DAYS ARO; with completion not later than 30 SEP 2024 (whichever is sooner, definitized date is established on the award date).Basic Contracting Requirements:1.
