Viewpoint Annual Software Maintenance Agreement Description The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310 has a requirement to continue the use of GE Precision HealthCare software through the purchase of GE Viewpoint Annual Software Maintenance Agreement. GE Precision Healthcare will support as required to maintain functionality of the system. The maintenance agreement will authorize WAMC staff (clinical or IT) to contact the Viewpoint help desk for resolution with software issues, errors and or help that involves the Viewpoint software.
