Overview	Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Services Description The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Physical Security Programs (PSP), Facilities Security Division (FSD), Domestic Building Branch (DBB) has a requirement for construction surveillance services utilizing Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support Construction Surveillance Detection Service operations via the CST Site Security Program (SSP).
