This will be a firm-fixed price service contract with One 12-month base period, and 4- One-Year Option Periods. This service is to provide washers and dryers for dorm residents at no cost to the resident and to ensure that all washers and dryers are maintained in operating order during the life of the contract THIS IS A SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. YOU MUST BE CONSIDERED A SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS OR SBA CERTIFIFED WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS IN SAM.GOV UNDER NAICS 532210 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
