Design scope of work will be a new construction building totaling 20,000 square feet with 3 above grade stories, located off Brackenridge Street on the University Drive Campus and roughly within the footprint of previous demolished Building 6. New construction building will consist of an Ambulance Ramp allowing for improved emergent access by Veteran Guests and Ambulance services for expanded Emergency Department. The 1st floor will be dedicated to either Oncology or Multi-Specialty and related Out-patient care clinics. New Clinical Space allows for consolidation of Multi-Specialty (Renal, Pain, Residual Primary Care) Clinics and or relocation of Oncology from Building \ 1-8West, allowing ultimately for expansion of Medicine clinics on the entirety of the 8th floor.
