Overview	Recompete of the Command Aircraft Crew Training (Cact) for the Navy C-37A Platform Solicitation Description Command Aircraft Crew Training (CACT) program for academic and simulator training on the C-37A (a Navy configured Gulfstream G-V) aircraft.
