The small business size standard is $22 million. Magnitude of Construction is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of performance is 300 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list. Submission of bid, payment, and performance bonds are required upon award of this acquisition. Site visits will be conducted at DFRU Building, 1925 Linden Dr, Madison, WI on June 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST and June 12, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. In order to attend the site visit, you MUST pre-register by June 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM CDT.
